What does it mean when we take this approach? 

On this week’s episode, Hannah and Lea Morrison, a trauma educator, coach & healer, discuss why it’s important to have a trauma-informed approach to sales and our business. 

There are 5 principles to this approach: 

  1. Safety 

  2. Choice

  3. Collaboration

  4. Empowerment

  5. Trustworthiness

When we approach sales or any other parts of our business that impact our audience, we must ask ourselves the question,

 “Am I representing these principles?”
